The Whidbey Examiner welcomes press releases, news and information about events on Whidbey Island. On a space-available basis, news and events will be included in the print version of the Examiner. Priority is given to events in Coupeville, Greenbank and Freeland. News and events happening elsewhere on the island that are of interest to a broad cross-section of Examiner readers may be included in the print version of the newspaper on a space-available basis. A broader range of events may be included on the Web site. All releases and other information submitted are subject to editing. For event listings, be sure to include the date, day of the week, time, and location - including street address - as well as cost. We suggest you also include any relevant Web site addresses and e-mail addresses as appropriate. On all items submitted, please be sure to include the name and phone number of a person who can be contacted for more information.
